You’ll receive your full high-resolution digital gallery within 30 days of the shoot. Unusually large or complex projects may require additional time, which will be discussed in advance.

Custom print turnaround varies by size and finish, but most orders are delivered within two weeks. Extra-large prints and specialty orders may take a little longer.

I produce custom prints in-house for fast turnaround on small and medium sizes, with larger prints and framing also available.

In-house prints use Lucia Pro II archival pigment inks on carefully selected genuine Canon papers, delivering professional lab-quality results with faster turnaround.

Custom photobooks are designed in-house and produced by GraphiStudio, a leading manufacturer of premium lay-flat and hardcover photographic books.

I personally print and inspect each in-house order. If the finished print does not meet my quality standard because of a printing or production defect, I will remake it.

Preparation makes for a successful image. Every shoot starts with a loose plan, leaving room for things to happen naturally. We’ll work through a mix of guided portraits, candid moments, environments, and details so the final gallery feels like a complete story.

For individuals and families, we will work in at relaxed pace as I direct you for some fun and candid poses.

For businesses, I’ll spend time documenting the people, work, process, and spaces that characterize your company.

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Booking retainers may be applied to a future date if circumstances permit. Weather can be used to our advantage but adverse conditions will be handled separately if the shoot is impractical.

I’m based in the Pacific Northwest and regularly work throughout Washington and Oregon.

Local travel within the greater Vancouver and Portland area is generally included in session pricing. Projects requiring significant driving, overnight stays, flights, or other travel expenses may include an additional travel fee.

I’m also available for assignments throughout the United States and internationally. For larger commercial or editorial projects, travel costs are discussed and agreed upon before booking.
